Smok Stick V8/Baby Beast
thingiverse
I managed to misplace the tip of my Smok Stick V8 (Baby Beast) eSig, which got me thinking about how useful a 3D printer would be in situations like this. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a replacement part. After reviewing the original design, I attempted to replicate it as closely as possible. For the main component, I chose PLA material, which offered the desired durability and finish. To achieve a smooth surface, I employed 400-grit sandpaper. The replacement tip features two O-rings measuring 9x12x1.5 mm each, sourced from ACE Hardware at a cost of $1.35 for three units. Fortunately, this new setup fits snugly and has withstood testing without any issues so far. When printing the replacement part, I opted for 100% infill density at a layer thickness of .1000 mm using S3D.
