This mount was designed to fit the new SMO 4K camera from Insta360. It should be noted that the mount itself provide little protection in a crash however it is highly uncommon to crash a long range quad anyway. the reason the camera is so far forward it that otherwise the battery is rubbing on it (transferring vibrations) as well as the battery being pushed up against the xt30 connector. you should print it sideways as otherwise you could have layer separations cause the the top section of the mount to tear off.
