By rotating the handle, the flower opens, revealing a rotating queen. At this point, the heart smiles...only to loose its smile when the flower closes back (see my instagram @invenart_automat for videos)Files currently include:- assembly STEP files- all DXF files for laser cutting manufacturing- STEP file for 3D printingProject made using sculpteo's online manufacturing with:- 3D printed parts printed in white SLS nylon PA12. Fully modeled except for the string linking the smile to its cam follower.- 3mm thick okoumé plywood (lasercut)- 3mm thick transparent nylon (lasercut)Some parts (for example the petals and were then painted with acrylic paint.All screws are metric M2 and M3 screws. All springs are custom made using spring wire (see model for diameters).
