I made the smiley to be a ring and to be a tie clip. Both were made using just PrusaSlicer. I included the projects. Inner diameter of the ring is 19 mm (man's size). If you scale it don't forget to scale other parts as well. Print vertically on supports. (It might get a little difficult to remove them).
