Smile-Angry Ball

Smile-Angry Ball

I created a smile ball with an angry hemisphere inside that adds a touch of whimsy. The design features five main components connected by hinge-like joints, making it challenging to print in one go as the parts often get stuck together. To overcome this issue, be cautious when moving the joints and ensure they are properly lubricated. To assemble the smile ball, you will need some elastic cords that serve as a release mechanism for the big ball, allowing the small angry hemisphere to emerge. The printing settings I used were: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layer thickness Infill: 100% recommended For assembly instructions, please refer to the video tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyEu_XU2HzU
