SMD soldering clamp
myminifactory
I'm creating a version of the clamp that uses materials not affected by high temperatures, unlike plastic and soldering irons. My design features Wenge oak as the base material, along with aluminum profile rails and tubes for added stability. Two stainless steel pins provide secure fastening, while a rolling shaft allows for smooth movement. The compounds are held together with epoxy resin, ensuring a strong bond. I used countersunk head screws M3 to attach the various components, and threaded stud M4 and spring nuts for additional support. This design is a significant improvement over traditional clamps that use plastic and soldering irons.
