###SMD Connectable Container Print as many containers as you like and organize your SMD collection in a professional way. ###Print Settings Before printing, ensure proper bed levelling on your printer. Elephant foot will cause issues with connectors. Calibrate your printer's flow/extruder multiplier properly. The nozzle should extrude a perfect 0.4mm string. The walls are calculated for a 0.4mm nozzle. Also, make sure your retraction settings are well-tuned to have a calibrated priming start, possible issues include miss-started walls or oozing. Don't rush printing; a minimal z wobble will affect connections. If you can't connect the boxes, your flow is too high or you have an elephant foot issue. - Nozzle: 0.4mm - Layer Height: 0.2mm - Infill: 20% linear - Walls: 1.2mm or 3 perimeters - Top/bottom: 0.8mm or 4 layers - Print speed: 50mm/s; outside wall: 30mm/s infill: 30mm/s - First Layer: 30mm/s ###Assemble: The lid and the box can be joined together with a piece of filament as a pin. The first time it's a bit rough to open and close, but after some tries, it will close with a satisfying click. Use a screwdriver, fingernail, or your SMD tool under the tab to pop open the lid.
