smd & small parts drawers (customizable)
thingiverse
I'm thrilled with keeping my electronic components meticulously organized so they're always within reach when I need them. Forgetting what I have among a tangled mess of bags of parts is frustrating, wasting precious time as I sift through everything. I've been itching to revamp the old drawer box for some time now to add more compact drawer slots for storing tiny components like smd parts, ceramic caps, and minuscule screws efficiently. I recently tweaked the design to support 5x2 slots in a drawer and also slimmed down the divider wall between the slots. When I got a new batch of ceramic caps sorted into 50 different values, I found that 10 slots per drawer fit perfectly for the size of ceramic caps I have. However, there's an issue right now – when I try to set the number of rows to 3 or more, I get an error message: WARNING: Normalized tree is growing past 200000 elements. Aborting normalization.
