I grabbed the bigger portion of the reel from my SMD Component Dispenser and created a tiny notch in it so you could set your loose SMD tape inside and get it started winding onto the reel. I've already printed one out and it works great, but I've already paired it with the other half and installed it, so taking it apart just isn't worth my time for a picture right now. Sorry about that.
