SMC CoreXY - Model : Vasa v1 (VV1)
thingiverse
This is a printer measuring 530 by 440 in the X and Y directions, with a height of 440. I designed it using the Sigma Profile, a 30x30mm case. All other parts are made from ABS/PLA plastic. I initially planned to create a large printer capable of multicolor printing but changed my design mid-stream. Now, this is a single-color printer with one extruder, although I intend to build a second unit for multi-colored prints in the near future. More information about this printer will be shared soon. For now, I've completed Version 1 and have built one prototype. It may take some time to assemble everything properly. The printer comes equipped with a Marlin file, which can be found in the files section. In the coming days, I'll upload plenty of pictures and provide step-by-step instructions on how to connect Ramps cables and configure four motors for simultaneous use on a single driver socket on the Ramps board. Printer Settings: Printer: Mega Prusa Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 micron Infill: 40% Notes: You can print with either ABS or PLA.
