This is based off the Parametric card organizer for Android Netrunner LCG found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:334172. It was designed to rapidly locate any faction from the game box due to the numerous factions it contains. The victory points box is made from a parametric box, specifically the Parametric Box with Sliding Lid. Instructions I added text extrusion on one side for writers to add anything they like. Here I've written the name of each faction using a font that matches the theme. Feel free to edit the SCAD files to use any font you prefer, just adjust the font size accordingly so your text fits comfortably on the box. There are separate SCAD files for single line text and two-line text, allowing you to make minimal edits if needed.
