This is a custom X-end mount designed for the Ohio Plastics J-head Light hotend, resolving the height issue caused by default J-Head mount on Smartrap. The left arm mount works better due to Bowden tube routing. M3-20 screws are used with thin plastic washers between the arm and mount, made from milk jug/pop bottle plastic. A grub screw adjusts micro switch trip via clearance hole. FreeCAD format CAD files are available for download on their website. Updates include a slot for tystrap and tie holes for string drive, MK5 J-head versions with push connect or nut options, left/right hand mount versions, and 30 mm fan mounting option in retainer. A video showcases the mount's functionality, while arm fork improvements ensure better print quality.
