Thanks to @MettGyver for the original design. My phone was too large for the attachments (OnePlus 7T) and I wanted to use it with a case. I enlarged them in both height and width. Also, the base was too wide for my screen's width. I narrowed down the base and elongated the screen holder towards the front. I didn't have an M6 screw (80mm) or nut (6mm), so I created each of these components using the "NUT JOB | Nut, Bolt, Washer and Threaded Rod Factory" SCAD file on OpenSCAD.
