This is a smartphone holder that attaches to the 3.5mm audio port, enabling it to sit flat horizontally. The concept behind this design originated from thingiverse.com, project 88887. That specific project drew inspiration from the Keyprop: Simple Smartphone Stand & Self Timer App Kickstarter campaign found at kickstarter.com/projects/alisonw/keyprop-simple-smartphone-stand-self-timer-app. I adapted the original idea for academic use purposes.
