This was very inspired on my MSI monitor. i needed tilt adjustability and didn't find anything that suit my taste, so i made it. You will need 3 M3x10 bolts or any bolts for plastic with similar size. I changed color on the upper ring on the base, just for looks. Edit: Post V2 has some minor changes, longer hole for longer screw and best clearence at the top.
