IPhone 6 with LifeProof case cupholder mount for your car. I designed this product using Autoscad specifically for my Nissan Altima but it should fit in any cupholder that is 70mm wide at the bottom and 80mm or wider at the top. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable dock/mount for my vehicle so I came up with this one with some key features in mind: A coin slot where you can easily pull out coins; a pen holder; and a viewing angle with space for a charging cable. Any phone measuring 76-78mm wide and approximately 11-14 mm deep should fit perfectly in this holder. To ensure good printing quality without the need for support, I divided it into two parts: the base and the holder. I apologize for the poor pictures but I may improve them soon as I have limited free time. I'm glad you can download the source Autoscad files and easily adapt this design to fit any phone by modifying xp and zp in the holder file. Print Settings Printer Brand Printrbot Printer Simple Black Rafts Doesn't Matter Supports Yes Infill 25 Notes Used Cura 15.04.5 with default printer settings for Printrbot Simple Metal, except for filament width which I changed to 1.75 mm from the default of 2.5mm. I didn't use support and while the print is functional it does have some "drooping" so using support should greatly improve it. How I Designed This Design Calliper and Autoscad I purchased a cheap $15 digital calliper on Amazon which has proven to be incredible, allowing designs printed on Autoscad to achieve submilimeter precision with my trusty old Printrbot!
