A clever device that expertly turns the key in the lock.\r\nRemember to check the direction of the door first. You may need to flip the card over to get it right.\r\n\r\nI opted for a straightforward gearmotor with 12 V DC and 45 RPM. You can easily find one on Ebay or Amazon online marketplaces.\r\n\r\nThe device is controlled by a Raspberry, paired with an NFC reader for added functionality.\r\n\r\n!!! NOTE !!! IMPORTANT !!!\r\nDo not attempt to turn the key from the other side of the door. Consider installing a backup system to retrieve the "Keycard" if needed. A thin but strong wire could be used as a retrieval tool.
