Smartfhone Stand Keychain
thingiverse
One day I was lounging on my sister's couch, feeling too lazy to hold my smartphone in order to watch some videos. So I decided to embark on this project. The 3D modeling software used was FreeCAD. To generate the necessary g-code, I employed the Cura software. My printer of choice is a Prusa i3 and I chose PLA as the material. In order to assemble this small project, I need an M3 screw that's exactly one centimeter long and two springs with lengths of two centimeters each, along with diameters ranging between four to five centimeters. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This design may not be compatible with all mobile phone models. I've personally confirmed compatibility with the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7, as well as a significant portion of Huawei models. If your smartphone model has very rounded sides, it's likely that this design won't work for you. However, if your smartphone features a flat back, it's definitely worth trying.
