I'm trying again, but this time with 1/2inch emt conduit. It's dirt cheap and I'm convinced after building the MPCNC that conduit is a great choice for DIY projects like this. One corner is already done and I'll be working on the other parts as I have time available. I've got two printers up and running, but with a new kid on the way, progress might be slow. Feel free to join in if you're interested.
