This device can function as a SmatCard Contactless Batch Programmer. Print all items once, then assemble with only two standoffs. Attach the entire assembly to your Arduino for control. The required motors are: * 28BYJ-48 * SG90 Servo * A few screws Everything else is printed. Use the files from the attached ZIP archive. The overview STL file is provided solely for reference purposes. The Servo-Attachment may be slightly undersized, so drill it to fit and screw it into place. The SG90 servo can tilt the CardReader left or right for Pass/Fail binning. The 28BYJ-40 motor pushes out cards from the card stack. The "Weight" STL component allows for the addition of 8mm screws to increase its weight. The Reader mount attaches to a HID542X contactless reader. A FreeCAD file is included to adapt it to other devices. Please share your creations.
