Update 2019-11-13: Added V2 for several parts (without the sources this time).\r\nIncreased Speed by *2 with a larger Ritzel, thus Motorholder also increased gap.\r\nAdjusted Opening on Cards hole to allow removing last cards from base.\r\nMerged ReaderWackler, Foot and Stand into one piece, including Arduino Nano holder.\r\nExtended center canal to 7mm for two servo cables support.\r\nAdded Hinge to align cards on Reader.\r\nExtended HID-Holder to support hinge and screw in Servo for opening Hinge.\r\nNot completely sure how to connect Hinge and Serve.\r\n\r\nThis device can be used as a SmartCard Contactless Batch Programmer.\r\n\r\nPrint all items once, only need two stands.\r\nScrew everything together and attach it to your Arduino to control it.\r\n\r\nRequired Motors:\r\n28BYJ-48\r\nSG90 Servo.\r\nPlus some screws.\r\nThe rest is printed.\r\n\r\nUse the files from the ZIP file.\r\n\r\nThe overview STL is only attached for overview.\r\nThe Servo-Attach might be a bit too small, just drill to fit and screw into servo.\r\n\r\nSG90 servo can tilt CardReader left or right (Pass/Fail binning).\r\n28BYJ-40 used to push out cards from card stack.\r\nThe "Weight" stl should receive some 8mm screws for increased weight.\r\n\r\nThe Reader mount attaches to a HID542X contactless reader.\r\nAttached FreeCAD file for adaptation to others.\r\n\r\nPost makes.
