To construct your own Wii smartboard (http://makezine.com/2009/12/30/make-your-own-wii-smartboard), consider using an infrared LED from a disassembled pen, or alternatively, print one of the provided designs. I designed these models to meet the requirements of a tech camp instructor who wanted a smartboard without having to dismantle dry erase pens. The Sketchup model was modified based on the original pen's dimensions and includes raised camp letters; a logo-free version is also available.
