This is a redesign of a previous project done to lower the time it takes to post process the parts and to improve the charger’s ascetics and function. To build the electrical components look at the other project’s description. The following improvments are as follows- lower post processing- part gap is more uniform and looks more refined- keychain loop is bigger and wider to better attach keychain loops through. - holes are better aligned from previous design- interior design and support better represents the space available making the parts align more flush than the previous designPost Process Cut the supports for the holes for the charger pogo pins and remove the wall behind the type c port with an exact knife. Please use cation when working with exacta knifes. Clear up the holes after 3D printing using an ex to knife or diamond tip filerPre-screw the M1.4 x 3.8 and M1.4 x 3 screws through the holesSecure the back end of the charger with superglue and super glue all electrical connections to further add protection to the electronics from dust water and drops.3D Printing : This was printed using PP with these settings and preparationsPlace Scotch tape evenly no bubbles on top of the print bedPrint bed temp : 80°CNozzle temp : 225°CLayer height : 0.2 mmPrint speed : 20 mm/sRetraction length : 3 mmRetraction speed : 30 mm/sThese settings usually result with an easy no issue initial print, but the second print will have issues (clogging the filament). I believe this is due to the gears retracting the filament at a different rate than that of the settings above.
