Over time, the impeller assembly tends to wear down and becomes annoyingly noisy as it rattles around inside the pump housing. To silence this noise, carefully remove the impeller from its magnet ring, re-design it, and re-insert it back into place. While not perfect or optimized for peak flow, this design still works decently well and only needs some minor post-processing to fit properly. Drilling out the main shaft hole with a drill bit may be necessary depending on how well your printer is calibrated. To achieve optimal results, print the impeller blades at 100% infill and use supports for added stability.
