I purchased a Smart roadster that came with a standard 2-spoke steering wheel by default. Later on, I bought a paddle shift 3-spoke wheel for my car. When the new wheel arrived, it didn't come with a lock and the ESP sensor needed to be replaced as well. Now, I want to refurbish the leather of my original wheel and need to take it out of my car. To prevent another costly repair like before, I decided to create my own custom steering wheel lock.
