A fully 3D printed articulated wall mount for your smartphone. Choose the Phone_Bracket file that corresponds best with your total width, including any hull or other features. I'm using Phone_Bracket_750 for my LG G4 since it's about 75mm wide. Different versions are available ranging from 65mm up to 80mm in 2.5mm increments. The clamping screw allows for an adaptability of around 8 mm. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 10% Notes: I suggest using 3 perimeters, no support and 20% infill for the wall mount and bolts, while using 10% infill for the rest. You can add supports to the horizontal smooth 10 mm bore holes if you want to, as the threads have lots of tolerance and should do fine without them, low layer height helps with overhangs. Post-Printing Assemble as shown in the picture - tighten the bolts to reduce or stiffen the movability. How I Designed This Made with OpenSCAD, I'll probably make it customizable if I get some free time and there's demand for it. Includes polyScrewThread_r1.scad by aubenc: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8796
