Smart Phone Magic Portal Prototype

UPDATE!: A newer version of the base and top model has been uploaded, featuring a more substantial extension to the top front face of the portal. This updated design now covers a larger portion of the phone screen, providing a fuller viewing experience. Additionally, I have employed a plane-cutting technique to ensure that both the base and top components are evenly proportioned in height. This innovative prototype is specifically designed for a magic portal game terrain piece, which can be inserted into your smartphone to display an animated portal effect of your choice. The model comes in two distinct parts, allowing you to easily assemble them by gluing the top component onto the base. This clever design eliminates the need for additional supports, making it easier to handle and use. To further enhance the aesthetic appeal, I employed some green stuff putty to lower the front facade of the portal, effectively concealing more of the phone screen. However, in future versions, this modification will be unnecessary due to a redesigned portal surface. Future iterations of this project are already on the horizon, with plans for multiple variations, including demonic portals, elven portals, natural stone formation portals, and dwarven portals, each offering unique visual experiences.
