This is a 3D-printed diffuser for the Smart Nanoleaf Replica, wich can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3354082 Thanks surrbradl08 for his great job! Watch out his Thingiverse-Site: https://www.thingiverse.com/surrbradl08/designs Important: The file was only testet with white PETG. I´am not sure, if it works with other materials (PLA etc.) But i think it would be no problem after setting the right temperatures. Level your bed as exactly as you can! 2. If you have auto-leveling, disable it - (G29) in your G-Code 3. Print and watch the first lines. If it´s to thin or thick, adjust your bed manually 4. Make sure that your nozzle is clean bevor starting the main print. Check it several times to avoid bubbles etc. in your print. The diffuser is printed with only one layer and paper thin. The printing time for one is about 35 minutes. I only printed one diffuser at the same time and watched it with my cam. It´s a very boring job, but it worth the wait ;-) The best is when your printer is in a hosing, because the "one layer print" is very sensitive for air. If you don´t have an enclosure, make sure that eg. all windows in the room are closed. When the print is finished, wait until your bed cooled down to 50 degrees or lower before you peel the diffusor from the bed.
