This fully customizable 3D printed Memory Stand consists of various sensors and Arduino which make it a Smart memory stand. Anyone can use it who needs to remember something as part of their daily routine. Sometimes we forget things like our wallet, keys, or medicines at home when we leave for the office or anywhere else. Aged people face this problem more often. The Smart Memory Stand can be used by anyone who needs to remember daily routine things. Here's how it works: say you need to remember the following things for the next day: take medicine after breakfast (at 8:30AM), call Mr.John for plumbing work at your house, and take your wallet and extra keys with you. You can put your keys, medicines in pre-defined slots of memory stand and it will remember these things for you using the following electronics. The Memory Stand consists of various sensors and Arduino UNO. It has a Real-Time Clock (I2C RTC+EEPROM Board(DS3231+AT24C32)) which provides a signal to the system on pre-defined time, like taking medicine at 8:30AM and 9PM or calling Mr.John at 9AM. You can set an indication on specific time by blinking LEDs or a buzzer or pre-recorded voice. It also has an Ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) which detects human proximity and starts its operation when a person goes near it. Let's say you need to remember to take your keys, which you have put in a slot, so when you go near the stand, the LED with keys on it will start glowing, reminding you to take your keys. Additionally, there is an IR object sensor which checks whether the object is present in its slot or not. Two IR object sensors are attached to a strip, which is attached to a servo motor. The servo motor rotates at +25 deg and -25 deg from its center position so that using only two IR sensors, all six slots can be checked. This design is completely customizable as you can make it with your name just like I made it with my name Mr.Bhatt. It can also be made for more than six number of slots too. As the IR sensors are attached to a servo motor, you can check more than six slots using two sensors if you re-program the servo. You can add your voice to this device which will remind you of your things on specific time. You can also add this device with IoT using ESP8266 or any other Wi-Fi module so it can also help you remember something when you are not at home.
