Smart Hands

Smart Hands

thingiverse

I'm sharing some final year project pics which showcase my multi-purpose Smart hand. It can function as a telepresence arm with a wearable controller or serve as a prosthetic arm, and even be used as a model. I've uploaded these images to gauge feedback on the design, as I'm unsure if it's effective. If someone needs the design, I'd be happy to share it. This project was one of my first advanced-level CAD designs created using Autodesk Fusion 360, requiring over 400 hours of work. The design was a labor of love for a friend in need of a prosthetic arm, and involved printing and assembling multiple components over the course of a week. My inspiration came from two cutting-edge products: Exiii Handiii and Dexmo. Although my creation may not look as polished, I believe its modular design has great potential. As for sharing the files, I'm torn between open-sourcing them or charging for access. If this project sparks interest, I'll consider uploading the files in the near future. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
