Smart fortwo - trunklight (like brabus)

I've designed this trunk light for a Smart Fortwo because most cars don't have a light in the trunk. That's terrible when it's dark outside and you need to get stuff or groceries out. You can buy a trunk light from a German tuner Brabus but it's not usually available, and it would cost around 120 Euro. This trunk light is much cheaper - about 20 Euro - and you can use it on other cars as an insight light. I attached the light to the switch of the inner light and routed the cables under the front-to-backside inner space covers. Here are the things you'll need: - One step-down module to adjust the voltage from 12 volts to around 3.5 volts - One "Power LED" - One "Power LED chip" - A heatsink, 10mm by 10mm in size - Two small screws, possibly from an old CD-ROM drive - Two cables, about 1.5 meters long, maybe red and black You'll also need these tools: - A soldering iron - Glue to fix the two printed parts together - Heat-conducting glue to attach the heatsink to the LED chip - A drill with a 30mm bit to make a hole in the inner space cover - A drill with a 1mm bit to make small holes for the screws in the printed part - A file to create a groove and prevent the printed part from turning away
