The 2015 Smart ForTwo model boasts a high definition, fully textured interior with detailed headlights and taillights. Doors can be opened, while tires have been meticulously modeled. Most parts of the model have SubDivision/Meshsmooth surfaces, allowing you to easily change the resolution in 3D software like 3ds Max or Maya 2013. The base version has 1,012,966 polygons; for those using software without SubDivision support, three resolutions ranging from 1,012,966 to 3,300,393 polygons are available. In Max 2010 format, Meshsmooth is applied, allowing you to set the object resolution as desired by selecting the Named Selection Set meshsmooth for SubD objects and interior via Named Selection Set interior. The Maya 2013 version includes a selection set for SubDivision surface parts, enabling easy resolution changes, while a display layer for the interior is included in case you want to hide it. The model is also available in FBX, Cinema 4D 9.6, Lwo 6.0, and Obj/3ds formats with separate exterior and interior files for versatility. Previews were rendered in 3ds Max using VRay; however, VRay materials and light settings are not included.
