Smart Effector mounts for large fans (E3D Volcano)

A simple edit to the one of the parts of the system at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2909853 to make it work with a Volcano hotend. Many thanks to GermanEngineer for making this project available. I modified the mount for the 5015 radial part cooling fans to move the fans down 8.5mm. Per E3D dimensional drawings, the assembled Volcano hotend is 8.7mm taller than the assembled V6 hotend. In other literature E3D mentions the Volcano being 8.5mm taller. I went with 8.5mm. I used 2 of the 5015 fan mounts (modified for Volcano), plus 2 of the wide nozzles and the wide 40mm hotend fan mount (from the original project).
