Smart Effector Fan Assembly
thingiverse
Hotend fan and part cooling fan mounts are designed for the Duet3D smart effector. My goals were to achieve a minimal footprint, easy printing and assembly, a clean look, maximum lightness, high airflow, and quick-swapping of part cooling fans. I'm pleased with the results so far. Currently, I have only renderings, but all parts are test-fitted to the smart effector and are being thoroughly tested. The Volcano version will differ in its ducts, while the rest of the parts remain the same. For my setup, six small, custom-machined brass parts are required for the quick-swapping design of part cooling fans. However, I'll upload STL files for non-quick-swapping mounts. You need: * Smart effector * E3D assembly * Magball studs * 4010 axial fan * 2 x 4010 radial blower fans * 6 x M3 nuts * 4 x M3x15 for the hotend fan * 8 x M2x5 for the blower fans * 6 x of the aforementioned brass parts Print part-cooling-mounts-NO-BRASS twice. Print e3d-ducts once, and then print another one mirrored.
