I had swapped out the original effector and carriages on my E3d V6 for Hayden's custom rods and bearings. To further enhance my printer's capabilities, I also picked up a smart effector. However, getting it to work with 80mm carriages and the new 50mm smart effector had me stumped until Spikelee provided some much-needed inspiration. Drawing on that insight, I came up with this solution - still in its early stages, but so far, it appears promising and ready for testing.
