The Smartcoater Evo boasts several features and performances, such as a rigid and fixed applicator head supported by four columns and two lifting clamps for complex applications; electric and emergency lift of the workhead; floating head to absorb differences on calibrated panels; increased pitch length of the dosing roller relative to the application roller for safe manual cleaning; independent speeds of the rolls and conveyor belt via inverter, and control of all parameters through a touch screen.
