The following is for a bicycle mounted enclosure for the SCK2.1 sensor.

https://smartcitizen.me/

The sensor case is easily detachable from the bike mount.

Make sure to orient the parts as necessary for your printer.

Instructions in 3 parts:

The supports

Use spacers to hold the SCK boards

Print the GPS support arm to mount the GPS to the main SCK2.1 board stack

You need two PM-MB holder prints to hold the PM sensor to the main board

Pay attention to the orientation of the PM sensor in regards to getting the cables to stay as flat as possible.

The enclosure

It's a big print (5-6 hours) - print “standing up”

Print the lid

Put the lid upside down on wax paper - with a hot glue gun create a dome of glue and let cool. This make it easy to see the LED light.

The bike mount

Print both parts

Use two M3 nuts and bolts (16mm) to mount

I crazy glue a bit of inner tube to the mounts curvature where the handlebars will come in contact.

Make sure the quick-release clip is towards the rider.

Don't pull on the quick-release, squeeze.

Final steps

There's some rattling.

I use two types/densities of foam strips to provide friction between the SCK and and case, as well as to hold the batter in place.

Due to shaking the SD card sometimes pops out - but is still in contact. This however makes sensor removal from the case a bit delicate.

My plan is to design a similar case that integrates the case and supports as one print - preventing rattling, the need for foam, and SD card problems.
