I recently bought a Smart Fortwo and needed a customized keychain. The original design is too large so it's better to print it at 50% of the original size. I accidentally printed my Smart Fortwo keychain at 10mm thick instead of the 5mm thickness I initially planned. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: MakerBot * Printer: MakerBot Replicator * Rafts: None Required * Supports: No Additional Supports Needed * Resolution: .25mm Layer Thickness * Infill: 100% Solid Filling I printed the Smart Fortwo keychain with NinjaFlex-like TPU filament, a non-rigid material available at Amazon. The printing settings for TPU are similar to those used for ABS. I heated my hotend to 210C and the bed temperature to 50C during the printing process on glass, while using aqua net hairspray as an additional aid to keep things together.
