Greetings all, my motivation for this venture was my father's desire for a cajon. The objective of the project involves creating an e-cajon that utilizes piezo elements and a microphone to measure decibel levels and sound type, subsequently controlling an LED strip or ring in response. The design is segmented into various configurations: electronic LED ring, electronic LED strip, standard snare holder, and standard cylinder. The model exhibits high adaptability due to Solidworks equations integration. To grasp the customization potential, begin by examining the equations file. Multiple support options are also available for the box. This project remains a work in progress; the mechanical design is complete, but electrical design and software refinements are still underway, with updates to follow.
