Instructions for this nut creation project: Using the settings chosen: * thickness = 2mm * drive_type = socket connection * resolution = 0.5 millimeter * nut_height = 5mm * countersink = 2 layers of material removal * slot_depth = 2 millimeters deep * head_type = hexagon * non_thread_length = 0mm long, no thread at this end * inner_diameter = 8 millimeters hole for screw head * nut_diameter = 10mm outer edge diameter of the nut * facets = six flat surfaces to allow easy grip on the nut * nut_resolution = 0.5 millimeter resolution used to calculate the internal thread of the nut * thread_step = 2 turns per 5mm length for threaded part of the nut * non_thread_diameter = diameter size without threads at this end * wing_ratio = one half, allows even spacing and easy gripping on both sides of nut * drive_diameter = outer diameter that will fit onto the socket * head_diameter = inner edge diameter size where screw will go * thread_length = 9mm length for threading section * type = standard nut, typical type used on many hardware applications * outer_diameter = full external diameter of the complete part (both nut and head) * nut_step_shape_degrees = shape angle from straight to round of this piece.
