Smaller Washing Container with Magnetic Stirrer for Anycubic Wash and Cure Machine
thingiverse
I like to perform a two-step rinsing of my 3D printed parts. The first rinse is with old IPA in the container that comes with Anycubic Wash & Cure Machine, then I use cleaner IPA in the 1 L Sistema Klip It Container. https://youtu.be/83eRcmLPxYU Required Materials: 1 x 608z ball bearing (8 x 22 x 7 mm) 2 x Magnet (8 x 3 mm) Make sure to glue the magnets in the correct orientation. If you cut the basket in half and glue it back together, you can keep the basket inside with the lid closed. 2020-03-08 - Version 2 I have added a second version that uses the spare ball bearing which came with the Wash & Cure Machine. Just glue the base to the center of the container with some UV resin. The ball bearing and magnet are also glued with UV resin. Required Materials: 1 x 625zz ball bearing (5 x 16 x 5 mm) 2 x Magnet (8 x 3 mm) 2020-03-08 - Version 2.1 I have increased the tolerance of the stirrer to the bottom by 0.5 mm. 2020-03-08 - Version 3 Like V2 but with a 608z ball bearing. Required Materials: 1 x 608z ball bearing (8 x 22 x 7 mm) 2 x Magnet (8 x 3 mm) 2020-03-13 - Onshape Link You can modify my Onshape design to adapt it to your ball bearing and magnets. Just update the following variables in the design: Bearing_Hole_Diameter, Bearing_InnerRing_Diameter, Bearing_Thickness, Gap_Tolerance, Magnet_Diameter, Magnet_Thickness. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/51eda1238a89d3abf4cbdaec/w/c080aaee6467d143da65c50a/e/42af5f2d9b3a9b1657798eed
