This fixture clips onto the SD2 frame top, securing a 7.3mm diameter rod within the Y-axis belt area to prevent wire collision. Initially, I used robbruton's "Solidoodle extruder head wire bundle guide" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:51134), but encountered printing issues and wear on the black braid. The 235mm aluminum rod offered a smoother solution, although an alternative rod size can be customized using the provided Sketchup file. Print two holders with 100% infill for optimal results, positioning them at opposite ends of the rod to maintain wire-belt harmony.
