Smaller PartSense with LCD in front
thingiverse
I appreciate TheChrisP's outstanding original work! I'd like to refine it by minimizing the partsense and redesigning its orientation, which will require some modifications. The cut-out is specifically designed for the DHT11 thermometer. This revised box has a smaller footprint but a deeper profile compared to the original, allowing for wall mounting instead of ceiling installation. To attach the screen and Nodemcu, you'll need small screws - those used for hard drive mounting should suffice. Future plans involve adding a battery pack for handheld convenience and incorporating a button to switch information on the LCD display.
