Smaller Koopa Shells

I optimized this design by reducing the shell size, so now it requires only four components instead of eight. The original model was engineered to assemble with 3mm filament. To fit the parts together efficiently, I scaled down the design by 62.5%. With this revised version, you can successfully use 1.75mm filament for assembly.
