Smaller Idler for Treads

Introducing another road wheel idler, this time without teeth, complementing my previous treads release. Check out the tread design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35668 and its accompanying idler at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35909. As with the first idler, print this model using #10 or 5mm fasteners and secure it with washers; you may also want to apply some oil for smoother operation. Don't forget that this design was created and tested on Tiny, my large printer at https://ottersoft.ca/blog.
