<p>This remix of Michal Fanta's has been made narrower to accommodate a smaller print bed like the Ender 3 (235x235) or a standard Prusa (210x210)</p><h3>The Changes and Additions:</h3><ul><li>Overall width of box changed from 236mm to 204mm&nbsp;</li><li>AAA and AA battery inserts have been recreated to hold batteries more efficiently<ul><li>The new inserts can hold more AAAs and the same amount of AAs as the original</li></ul></li><li>STEP files made available for every main part (both for this remix and the original)</li></ul><h3>Parts:</h3><ul><li>8x - M3 6mm screw</li><li>6x - M3 8mm screw</li><li>2x - M3 12mm screw<ul><li>(I used hex button head for all screws)</li></ul></li><li>4x - 3x26mm metal rods (I cut a 2.75mm coat hanger and glued in)</li></ul><h3>Files to Print:</h3><h5>Necessary</h5><ul><li>2x - “latch_2x”&nbsp;</li><li>2x - “rod_closing_2x”</li><li>2x - "rod_long_middle_2x"</li><li>2x - “rod_short_bottom_2x”</li><li>2x - “rod_short_top_2x”</li><li>AA Partition</li><li>AAA partition</li><li>Bottom</li><li>Top</li></ul><h5>Inserts</h5><p>I have created 2 new inserts for AA and AAA, however, I have made the original style holders smaller too (they will hold 4 less AAAs and 2 less AAs)</p><ul><li>“New AAA Insert” (holds more)</li><li>“New AA Insert” (holds more)</li><li>“Bottom liner" (omits the 18650 insert for a basic liner)</li><li>“AAA Insert” (original style)</li><li>“AA Insert” (original style)</li><li>“18650 Insert” (original style)</li><li>“Bottom Plain Insert” (omits the 18650 insert for a plain insert)</li></ul><h3>Notes:</h3><p>No inserts have any clearances added (same as original), so proper calibration is needed, I also cut off any minor elephants' foot on the inserts. I did add some clearance to just the liner and AA insert.&nbsp;</p><p>I printed at 0.3 layer height, 0.6 line width as I am impatient :)</p><p>For more assembly info visit Michal's original model</p>
