This is a replacement motor pulley for a Mitsubishi Model DB-130G industrial sewing machine, scaled down to size.\r\n\r\nThe stock motor pulley on this sewing machine makes it fly through fabric at an incredible pace. While it's perfect for heavy-duty use in the shop, occasional users may find it moves too fast for home use. This 50mm motor pulley replaces the original 109mm pulley and cuts the max speed by a bit more than two times. It's a popular modification that manufacturers offer as belt and pulley sets specifically designed for this purpose.\r\n\r\nThe Inventor 2018 file is included, allowing you to edit it to suit any diameter within reason. A 45mm diameter is the minimum recommended size, while anything over 120mm may not clear the motor's belt guard.\r\n\r\nWe were about to order a modification kit and wait for it to arrive when we realized our 3D printer and expertise made us capable of fabricating our own kit from scratch.\r\n\r\nThe overhang on this part is right at the limit of what our printer can achieve. It printed without support, but you may want to add some support structures to your print for added stability.
