Small Vise with quick adjustment
thingiverse
This version leans heavily on the "Small Vise V2 by Bastien" version. Added is the possibility of adjusting the screw via a quick adjustment. This is very convenient, because the annoying turning of the screw at larger distance changes is eliminated. The quick adjuster is a small additional block that is inserted into the main body of the vise. The following steps must be followed: 1.) Print the two 3D parts ("quick adjustment main.stl" & "quick adjustment 02.stl") Note: "quick adjustment main.stl" was printed lying on the large back side. A (Tree) support was used on the lever and support blockers were added to the holes (optional) (Cura Slicer). 2.) Cut the M10 nut in half with a hacksaw 3.) Cut off a part of a ballpoint pen spring 4.) Assemble the parts In total the following parts are needed: - M10 screw approx. 120mm - half M10 nut (see above) - ballpoint pen spring Also see: https://youtu.be/xCnPjfD_GQs
