Check out my latest design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1078661 - it's an upgraded version of my Small Vise V1 at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:624091. This time around, the base is made from a single solid part and the slider can be fitted through the top. I also removed the feet as some users had requested, which simplifies the design slightly. Take a minute to upload your print - it really helps others to see how these designs perform in practice. **Important Instructions:** - Print the base and slider with 20% infill and two walls for optimal strength. - Use 100% fill density for the knob for extra durability. - Gather the following parts: 1. One M8 bolt rod measuring around 120mm (4.7 inches) in length. 2. Three M8 hex nuts. To assemble, place the nuts into position and apply a soldering iron to heat them up until they're stuck firmly in place. Have fun building your new vise!
