Small Town located Somewhere in the middle of Nowhere Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
I create a small town entirely out of my imagination, featuring over 20 distinct buildings, such as markets, shops, and other commercial establishments, each with custom-made signs and textures crafted in Photoshop. The town boasts a diverse range of vegetation, including five types of trees, two types of bushes, grass, and dried grass. A welcome sign model stands tall, complete with custom textures, while electricity poles, streetlights, flags, banners, trash cans, fences, water tanks, satellites, emergency stairs, a simple bridge, and roundabout all contribute to the town's charm. Inside the shops, you'll find props like surfboards, neoprene suits, boxes, fruit, blenders, and more. All meshes are designed with low poly in mind, while UVs use cube projections. In the .obj file, models are organized by building type: buildings, vegetation, terrain, and props. The terrain stands out as a high-poly exception due to its necessity for distributing particles (grass) evenly. Within the dream export.blend file lies a procedural water material, visible in the thumbnail, which makes coastal waters appear more transparent.
